Yes you can. With your mobile app and an internet connection you can make or receive calls from anywhere to a U.S. number and if you configure your Twilio account you can make international calls as well.

Yes you can.  Once you log into your Voipersmart account, under settings you can pick phone numbers based on any pattern. However, there is not guarantee that pattern is available.

Yes you can. Twilio provides a way to port over any existing phone number that you have.  It can take up to two weeks for it to complete but in many instances it happens sooner. You can download the Twilio port form here.

We have no relationship with Twilio whatsoever. Based on our experience Twilio provides the best all around price, features and easy connection.

Yes, you can have access to many numbers and use those for your team or all for yourself. It's whatever you choose.
